This energizing, multi-day event will bring together leaders from across the network for meaningful learning, relationship-building, and hands-on strategic planning as we chart the path forward for our newly formed CIN.
The conference will kick off with a full-day Summit focused on shared learning and discussion, followed by a day and a half of in-depth strategic planning designed to align priorities, strengthen collaboration, and position GPCIN for long-term success.

This session will include the vision and progress made thus far with the Great Plains Clinically Integrated Network (GPCIN). The session will also include a high-level summary of the environmental scan results conducted across the network. Attendees will have a shared understanding of the current network landscape to inform future planning and discussion.

Presenters will share their experiences in establishing a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) to support value-based payment. Each presenter will offer their perspective on why they chose to pursue a CIN, how they approached the early stages of development, and the lessons learned along the way. Attendees will gain a well-rounded understanding of both the strategic motivations and the practical steps involved in launching a CIN.

Join us to hear the story of how a CIN came together to form a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). Presenters will walk through how the idea emerged, the development process, and the practical steps that led to successful implementation. The presenters will share a story of how together they identified a common need and implemented a shared solution through their GPO. Attendees will gain insights into how a network can leverage shared priorities, collective buying power, and strong partnerships to create meaningful value and sustainable solutions

During this lunch session, the presenter will provide an overview of what is possible through a CIN and how they can serve as a powerful vehicle for improving quality, coordinating care, and advancing value-based performance. The session will highlight the critical components of a successful CIN. Drawing on experience and best practices, the presenter will also offer a reaction to the summit’s environmental scan results, connecting external trends, risks, and opportunities to the realities of CIN development and sustainability.

This session will feature state-based leaders sharing how their state and/or state-based entity is approaching the future of value-based payment and care delivery reform. Speakers will also discuss how their state’s vision for value-based payment aligns with the goals and intent of the Rural Health Transformation application.

This session will share key findings from an in-depth data analysis of network member data, highlighting opportunities for GPCIN in partnership with Montana Health Plus. Presenters will walk through how the network can leverage participation in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) to enhance performance, strengthen alignment, and potentially increase shared savings. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how MSSP alignment could create value and how the network can strategically position itself for success.

This session will begin with a comprehensive overview of available Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) models, outlining key features and considerations for our network. Following the presentation, a reaction panel of experienced partners will share practical insights and real-world perspectives on some of the MSSP options introduced. The goal of the discussion is to build shared understanding, surface priorities, and identify next steps to include in the strategic plan.
