Current Job Openings


This position will work to enhance security, analyze data, and support the ongoing efforts of the Great Plains Health Data Network (GPHDN). This position would assist the 11 participating health centers (PHCs) in ND, SD, and Wyoming to improve access to care, enhance the quality of care, and achieve cost efficiencies by redesigning practices under the federally funded HCCN grant.

The position will provide technical assistance to our PHCs to improve their data management, data integration, and interoperability between health care systems. This position will also lead the technology work, serve as CHAD’s HIPAA privacy and security officer, and assist PHCs with their security risk assessment (SRA) mitigation efforts. In addition, this position will assist CHAD and PHCs with building reports and dashboards to track projects and quality improvement using Azara, Smartsheets, Excel, or other data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. Researching and providing recommendations for HIT digital tools and serving as a liaison between vendors and PHCs will also be a responsibility of this position.

The position requires a deep knowledge of HIT, including electronic medical records, data visualization, data integration, health information security and confidentiality, and the ability to build relationships, lead groups toward strategic objectives, and manage the achievement of project objectives.
