Navigator Project Manager

CHAD seeks an individual with strong attention to detail who is self-motivated and will work collaboratively to serve as our Navigator Project Manager.
Our Navigator Project Manager will oversee and support the work of the Get Covered SD Collaborative, a consortium of partners that provides health insurance enrollment services (Navigators) across South Dakota through a CMS cooperative agreement. This position will supervise program staff, oversee sub-recipients to ensure the attainment of program goals and provide strategic insight, effective communication, and leadership to the Get Covered Collaborative.

ND Policy and Partnership Manager

Our policy and partnership manager serves as the lead staff member on matters related to policy and the development of statewide partnerships in North Dakota. With experience in state and/or national advocacy and policy, this position promotes systemic change in support of our vision of “Access to a high-quality system of health care for all Dakotans.” The ideal candidate enjoys creative problem solving and variety in their work. They build strong relationships with stakeholders, are proactive, and are knowledgeable about healthcare policy and health equity. This position will also represent CHAD in meetings with state officials and other partners and promote community and patient engagement through health center collaborations.

Since oral health is also a major focus of care for our health centers, CHAD contracts with the ND HHS Oral Health Program to facilitate the ND Oral Health Coalition. This position is responsible for fulfilling the terms of the contract, including coordinating meetings, maintaining membership lists and communications, and supporting and executing the goals and reports for grant deliverables.

Digital Communication and Design Specialist

Marketing and Communications Manager
