In January, North Dakota and South Dakota lawmakers officially approved Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) funding – a major milestone for each state. CHAD celebrates this historic, 5-year investment to strengthen rural health across the Dakotas!
In each state, funds will be directed to advance strategic goals related to prevention, access, workforce, technology, and care innovation – all areas that align well with the health center model of care. Grant opportunities will be released in phases, with specific applications announced over time.
