Know Your Rights for Health Care Organizations and Employers

Know Your Rights for Health Care Organizations and Employers

CHAD hosted a webinar in collaboration with South Dakota Voices For Peace. This session focused on educating health care facilities about their rights and their patients’ rights when it comes to immigration enforcement. It provided health care organizations, employers, and public health partners with essential “know your rights” information for immigrants. Designed to address key federal policies and their implications, this webinar applied to attendees from both North Dakota and South Dakota. These sessions have a history of strong attendance, bringing together health centers, health systems, and public health partners.
