Impacting Access to Care and Executing on Growth: Turning Vision into Action at Your FQHC
Federally Qualified Health Centers are on the frontlines of expanding access to care—but growth isn’t just about seeing more patients. It’s about executing strategically to ensure access remains equitable, sustainable, and aligned with community needs.
In this session, we explored how FQHCs can proactively impact access while executing on growth initiatives with precision. From identifying access barriers and streamlining patient entry points to scaling services, staffing, and infrastructure, this session offered a roadmap for growth that doesn’t sacrifice quality or mission.
