2026 Healthy AF: HIV Awareness and Testing Toolkit

The Healthy AF (And Fearless) campaign is here to keep it real about your sexual health. No shame, no judgment, no awkward clinic vibes—just straight-up facts, resources, and support. Whether your patients are hitting up your clinic or testing at home, they’re in control. Stay confident. Stay informed. Stay Healthy AF. This campaign was created in partnership between CHAD and SDDOH.

This toolkit is designed to help health centers raise awareness, promote education, and encourage HIV awareness year-round, in alignment with the Healthy AF campaign.

PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis)—a pill or injection—can lower your chance of getting HIV from sex or injection drug use. It is safe, discreet, and an option for many sexually active people. PrEP does not protect against other STIs. Condoms still matter. Contact [Health Center] to learn more today.

We have more tools than ever to prevent HIV. PrEP is a preventive medication that, when used as prescribed, greatly reduces HIV risk—though it doesn’t protect against other STIs. Condoms remain one of the most reliable ways to prevent both HIV and other STIs. Ask your provider about HIV testing, PrEP, and other prevention options. Call us to learn more or visit https://communityhealthcare.net/healthy-af
