This month (March 2026), we proudly celebrate Shelly Ten Napel’s 10-year anniversary as CEO of the Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD). Over the past decade, Shelly has guided CHAD with vision, dedication, and a commitment to supporting health centers across North and South Dakota.
