Lead|U
Supervisor Training

The Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas and Think 3D are proud to present LeadU—an interactive leadership training program designed to empower health care supervisors and managers with the skills, mindset, and confidence to lead effectively and intentionally.

LeadU focuses on three core dimensions of leadership growth:

  • Personal – Strengthen self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Professional – Enhance communication, accountability, and team-building skills
  • Potential – Unlock your capacity to inspire and drive positive change

The program launches with a full day of in-person training in Rapid City, SD and Jamestown, ND, offering an immersive, hands-on learning experience. Participants will also have the opportunity to continue their development through two follow-up virtual sessions, designed to reinforce key concepts and support long-term growth.

Whether you’re a new supervisor or an experienced manager, LeadU will help you grow as a leader—and elevate your team along the way.

PRESENTER

Vaney Hariri

Vaney Hariri has been helping people develop intentional cultures for over 15 years. He is a leader, board member, mentor, and community advocate whose mission is to help people love better, starting with themselves.

Vaney is the co-founder of Think 3D Solutions and the co-author of “Think 3D – A Radical New Approach to Maximizing the Potential of Your Team.” After spending over 12 years in the financial and banking industry, Vaney teamed up with his long-time friend and partner, Tamien Dysart, to develop the philosophies of Think 3D. His communication and coaching style is real, candid, effective, and open, which led to increased performance, engagement, and a reduction in attrition in his teams. For Vaney, culture is the new currency in the modern workplace. His beliefs ultimately led him to take the leap and co-found Think 3D Solutions.

Vaney is also an active leader in the community of Sioux Falls. He has been on the Human Relations Commission for over ten years, chairing it for five years, and is an active vice-chair and executive board member of the Downtown Sioux Falls Inc. Board and the Downtown Sioux Falls Rotary Club.
