Established in 2025, the Great Plains Clinically Integrated Network (GPCIN) fosters a coordinated approach to supporting rural health care access, increasing operational efficiency, and advancing value-based payment opportunities.

Together, GPCIN members will explore value-based contracts, group purchasing, and shared services opportunities that build efficiency and sustainability while elevating care quality and access across North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and neighboring states with member sites.

GPCIN Summit & Strategic Planning

April 28–30, 2026
Rapid City, South Dakota

Membership

The GPCIN consists of 15 federally qualified health centers, collectively serving 162,366 patients with a footprint that spans across South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Minnesota.

Health centers are non-profit, community-driven clinics that provide high-quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all individuals, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Partner with Us

The GPCIN members utilize an opt-in model. While the network will identify shared priorities, each health center has the ability to opt in or out of a particular opportunity. This approach enables our multi-state network to engage in state-specific initiatives with smaller groups of members, where relevant.

Leadership

The GPCIN is governed by a Board of Managers, which includes representatives from each member health center, Community Health Care Association of the Dakotas (CHAD), and Wyoming Primary Care Association (WYPCA)
