CHAD hosted an Equity Talk webinar designed to empower health care professionals, community organizers, and public health advocates with effective strategies to enhance education and support to individuals with diabetes. We explored strategies to understand and overcome unique challenges involved in providing diabetes care and prevention education to diverse populations and communities.
