CHAD hosted an Equity Talk webinar designed to empower health care professionals, community organizers, and public health advocates with effective strategies to enhance education and support to individuals with diabetes. We explored strategies to understand and overcome unique challenges involved in providing diabetes care and prevention education to diverse populations and communities.
This webinar is ideal for health care professionals, diabetes educators, community health workers, program coordinators, and anyone involved in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of health programs aimed at diabetes prevention and management.
