I enjoyed the help and was able to understand the process that Emily explained. It is so much better talking to someone in person. This was the best experience I have had with working Brittany and Emily. I am not able use a computer because the cost of security to have a computer. Please let more people know that this program is out there to help people. It is easier to trust when you talk to a person!
