Overcoming Language Barriers to Enroll in Health Insurance

I am writing to sincerely commend the outstanding service I received from Emily and Alexandra (Get Covered South Dakota). As someone whose first language is not English, I was feeling overwhelmed and anxious about dealing with my health insurance application. However, Emily and Alexandra went above and beyond to assist me with patience, kindness, and professionalism.

They helped me complete all the paperwork and explained each step clearly, making sure I understood everything despite the language barrier. Their warm and friendly attitude made me feel respected and supported throughout the process.

I now have access to high-quality health insurance—something I couldn’t have managed on my own due to my limited income and language difficulties.
