Health Insurance Navigator/Helpline Specialist, 211 Helpline Center
Jen Meinert is a health insurance navigator with the 211 Helpline Center in Sioux Falls. She connects
internal and external community resources and provides crisis support to community members and
clients. Jen was an education specialist at an early head start/ headstart agency before starting at the
211 Helpline Center.
Jen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Southwest State University in
Marshall, MN, and has an associate degree in liberal arts from Worthington Community College in
Worthington, MN. Jen has one son and loves to read, walk, ride a trike, play games, watch moves, hang
out with family and friends, and take road trips and vacations.
