2024 Request for Presentation Proposals
We all have a story to tell.
Have you worked on a wildly successful project that improves patient care? Did you learn something meaningful from a patient or caregiver?
Do you have an interesting anecdote to share?
If so, then we want to hear it.
We are thrilled to invite health center employees and contractors to submit a speaker proposal for the 2024 Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD) and Great Plains Health Data Network (GPHDN) Annual Members Conference.
We are looking for dynamic presentations that will inspire and encourage conference attendees to make an impact. Your story can make a significant contribution to the conference, and we would be honored if you shared it with us.
Location: The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in beautiful downtown Rapid City, SD.
Date: The conference will be held May 14-16, 2024. The presentations will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm MT.
Session Description: This session will be presented to all conference attendees in the main ballroom. Attendees will include health center staff and partner organizations. We are requesting proposals for 10-12 minute TED Talk-style presentations. We plan to host at least four (4) of these presentations consecutively.
Requirements:The presentation must be dynamic and well-rehearsed to meet the time requirements. The presenter will be responsible for developing the content of the presentation. CHAD would also like a slide show or video/photo background to accompany the presentation. CHAD can offer support in the development of the graphics.
Compensation: To thank you for your time, CHAD is offering one complimentary conference registration as compensation for this presentation. You will have the opportunity to participate fully in the entire conference. The complementary registration is only available for the presenter and is non-transferable.
Questions: If you have questions or want to meet to make an initial proposal or inquiry, please contact Darci Bultje, Training and Education Specialist.
Submissions are due by Friday, February 9, 2024.
