Patricia Moten Marshall is the president of SynerChange Chicago.  Since 1996 she has served as consultant to senior executives, top management, and boards of directors throughout the United States.  Grounded in the Creative InterChange process, SynerChange Chicago is a change leadership firm that helps organizations and individuals see new possibilities, change their mindset, and move from where they are to where they want to be.   
 
Ms. Moten Marshall’s consulting practice builds on her leadership experiences to cultivate cultures that embrace change, are enhanced by diversity, and engage the creative capacity of individuals and teams.

Evening Social Activity
CHAD invites conference attendees to enjoy a social hour and dinner in the Commissary Great Room at Fort Abraham Lincoln in Mandan, ND.

Transportation will be provided from the hotel with departure at 5:45 p.m. Social hour will be held from 6:00-7:00 p.m. with dinner and entertainment to follow.
